The Bosques de Zinantepec Residential Complex is located in the city of Toluca and is classified within the middle social interest residence sector.

The Los Remedios-Ecatepec highway, which travels over the Los Remedios river, solves the road communication in the Valley of Mexico. With a length of 25 kilometers and a work duration of 36 months, it is connected on the border with Nezahualcóyotl to the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, which links various state highways. Thanks to this project, the route, which up until now had a travel time of two hours, has been reduced to 15 minutes, therefore being a relief for more than four million drivers that circulate between the northern part of Mexico City and the rest of the state.

The aim of the expansion and modernization of the Legia stadium was to comply with the established requirements for being able to play UEFA Cup or Champions League games. Part of the construction work consisted of demolishing three stands, maintaining only the historic facade of the fourth one. The space under the eastern and southern stands has been designated as a 790 vehicle parking facility. The stadium has also been equipped with new locker rooms, press center, restaurants, and various services in the north stand, while the VIP area is located in the west stand.

The largest shopping mall in the province of Lublin, with a total surface area of 126,000 m², it consists of two large hypermarkets and 70 shops, as well as a roof and a multi-level parking garage of 18,500 m².
